POLICE are appealing for clubbers who filmed a disturbance in a city nightclub to come forward.
Three men aged 19, 20 and 22-years-old were assaulted by a group of men in Campus on Sauchiehall Street around 1.35am on Saturday.
The 20-year-old was taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary and was released after treatment for a facial injury, later said to be two fractured cheekbones.
The other men did not require hospital treatment.
Police are now appealing for people who filmed the assault to contact them.
Detective Constable Andy Shields of City Centre Police Office said: “Officers have been carrying out enquiries into this incident and we are following a number of lines of enquiry.
“We believe that a few people in the club may have filmed this disturbance on their phones, and I would ask them, and any other witnesses to come forward to police.”
Anyone with information that may assist this enquiry should contact City Centre Police Office through 101 quoting reference number 0299 of January 20.
