Glasgow is set to host its very first live body confidence event where popular Towie star Ferne McCann will make an appearance.
The expo-style event will bring together a range of exhibitors and speakers all relating to body confidence, self-esteem, and wellbeing all under one roof.
The aim is to help people find ways to feel more positive about their bodies, be kinder to themselves, and “celebrate who they are,” say organisers.
Speakers on the day will also be comedy performer Juliette Burton and model and diversity campaigner Kelly Knox.

Ferne hit headlines last year after her ex Arthur Collins was handed a 20-year jail sentence for hurling acid across a crowded dancefloor in an east London nightclub.
In addition, visitors can hear talks on mindfulness, motivation, nutrition, fitness, and how to dress for improved confidence. There will also be a diverse range of exhibitors on the day, including retailers, services, and charities relating to wellness.
Ferne said: “We’re all guilty of being too hard on ourselves, or questioning if we’re good enough so I think this is a really important event to celebrate who we are and focus on the positives."
Founder of the event, Lindsay Reid, added: “A lack of body confidence and low self-esteem affect so many people and can really impact someone’s life in a negative way.

“The good thing is that there are actually a lot of services and charities out there that are working to help people overcome negative thoughts, so I decided it was a good idea to bring some of those organisations together under one roof.
“The idea is that people can come along for a positive and uplifting afternoon out, where they can make new discoveries, hear from a range of different speakers, and hopefully leave feeling good.”
Tickets for the event on March 17 at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall - which runs from 12.30pm until 5pm - are priced at £10 per person. Visit bodyconfidencelive.com to book and for more information.
