POLICE are on the scene of a body discovery in the River Clyde.
Officers were called to reports of a body in the water around 11.20am this morning near to the Riverboat Casino.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed emergency services remain on the scene and enquiries are ongoing.
She said: "Police were called to reports of a body in the water around 11.20am.
"Emergency services are in attendance. Enquiries are ongoing."
This is the second body pulled from the river in just 24 hours.
Yesterday, officers were called to the scene around 1.30pm over reports of a body in the water near to the Squinty Bridge.
Enquiries are ongoing.
