Although he did not provide details on all menu removals, Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon told the Evening Times: “We have taken some meals off our menu and replaced them with new dishes for our new menu launch on May 16.
“Wetherspoon serves a wide range of meals to suit all tastes and we are always keen to evolve our offer.”
The new drive-thru burger
A new burger has been added to the gourmet burger range.
The drive-thru burger - available in either beef or chicken - is served in a brioche bun, combining baconnaise, maple bacon slices, beef patty, American cheese slices and gherkin slices.
