A number of stations, mainly in the South Side, will be affected.
Trains through Pollokshields West, Maxwell Park, Shawlands, Pollokshaws East and Langside will all be hit on Monday morning.
A bus replacement service is currently in place for some routes, with tickets accepted on some journeys.
