A MAN is in a stable condition in hospital after a disturbance in the Calton.
Cops were called to Millroad Street at around 10pm on Monday night where they found the 35-year-old with injuries to his head and hands.
The force did not say how he obtained the injuries, but an investigation has been launched with police sealing off the area.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "At around 10.05pm on Monday, November 5, police received a report of a disturbance in Millroad Street, Calton, Glasgow.
"On arrival, they found a 35-year-old man with injuries to his head and hands.
"The injured man was taken to hospital where he is currently being treated and hospital staff describe his condition as stable.
"Police enquiries are continuing."
