ONE of Glasgow's most popular restaurants has gone vegan.
The city's All Bar One is celebrating "Veganuary" until February 28.
Guests can now enjoy a two or three course entirely plant-based meal for £10.95 or £13.95 respectively.
New the menu is the Lentil & Chickpea Quesadilla served with rocket salad and a Spiced Cauliflower Shank, served with giant couscous, mint, spinach, pomegranate and a coconut dressing.
Fans of a a sweet treat can enjoy the Biscoff Banana pudding with coconut mousse, toffee sauce, Biscoff crumb and pecan brittle.
A carefully selected "mindful" drinks menu was chosen to go alongside it, including low calorie choices and no or low ABV drinks such as DA-SH water, Seedlip and refreshing juices.
The chain has partnered with vegan blogger and influencer Naturally Stefanie to create her very own dish on the menu - the Miso Tofu Bowl – a fusion of tofu, raw broccoli, spinach, cashew nuts, aubergine, peppers, freekeh grains and a sesame & miso sauce.
She said: "I am passionate about the benefits of a plant-based diet and the rise of veganism is unstoppable.
"I am really excited to have created my own dish for All Bar One, the Miso Tofu Bowl, which is a delicious combination of grains, veggies, tofu and a sesame & miso sauce."
