A MAN caught with two stun guns has been locked up – as a judge told him to sort out his “demons” while in jail.
Clinton Reader was held after police seized the high powered weapons at a flat in Dalmarnock, Glasgow last August.
Officers were initially called after the 42-year-old had a row with a woman there.
A judge heard how the stun guns were disguised as torches.
Reader yesterday pleaded guilty to having the weapons during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
It emerged he had previously been locked up for seven years in 2006 for an attack with a baseball bat.
The court heard Reader had a Valium problem before being snared with the stun guns.
Lord Mulholland yesterday jailed Reader, of the city’s Bridgeton, for five years.
