As much of the country prepares for disruptions due to snow and ice, Glaswegians have been feeling the cold here in the city - and they're not happy.
Temperatures plummeted to the lowest they have been this winter, with the village of Aboyne in the north of Scotland plunging to as low as -10.7C last night.
Glasgow woke to a heavy frost and icy chill in the air and it has been enough to make some people conside booking a holiday straight out of here.
