A one-bedroom flat in Glasgow's South Side is up for grabs for just £5,000.
The red sandstone apartment on Boyd Street, Govanhill, is going under the hammer at Auction House Scotland along with some other bargain properties.
The Govanhill flat is described as being within a "quiet street" with "excellent access to motorways" and nearby coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
Auctioneers say a similar property sold on nearby Bankhall Street recently for £43,000 so the fixer-upper could be snapped up quick.
Managing Director at Auction House Scotland, Mandi Cooper, said: "There are some fabulous potential investment properties on the market this time around, perfect for refurbishing, with scope to sell on again in the next few months.
"It really is a buyers’ market out there, with so many properties below £10,000 which are all attracting a lot of interest.”
The next sale for Auction House Scotland takes place on Thursday January 31 at Radisson Red, 25 Tunnel Street, Glasgow, G3 8HL.
