BRAVEHEART star Mel Gibson is coming to Glasgow for a one-off “an audience with” event.
The Hollywood superstar will be appearing at an intimate black tie dinner in November.
The 63-year-old actor needs little introduction; he rose to global fame as the star of Mad Max and Lethal Weapon - and later earned acclaim as the director of Braveheart, The Passion of the Christ, Apocalypto and Hacksaw Ridge.
The on-stage interview on the night will be structured to encourage the star to share untold stories and anecdotes from his life and “unbelievable” movie career, say organisers.

The team behind the event added: “‘An Experience With Mel Gibson’ is a true once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get up close to one of the most significant names in Hollywood. Listen to his story live and unscripted for the first time anywhere in the world.”
Mr Gibson will be at the Doubletree by Hilton on Cambridge Street on November 12.
Tickets for the event are available through Eventbrite and are priced at between £109.10 and £665.60.
