M8 accident now cleared after chaos for drivers
AN accident which was causing chaos for drivers on the M8 has now been cleared.
A multi-vehicle crash between Junction 18 and 19 on the westbound carriageway was causing significant delays right back to Junction 12.
Emergency services were on the scene and blocked the road for more than an hour.
The accident has now been cleared but traffic may still persist for a while.
