EMERGENCY services have rced to the scene of a serious road crash on a busy motorway.
One lane of the A725 Bellshill Bypass is closed in the southbound direction towards M74 Raith.

The road has been shut and it's not yet known when it will reopen.
Traffic is queueing and drivers have been warned to avoid the area if possible.
