A SIGNALLING fault has taken place on the train line between Kilmarnock and Barrhead.
Delays are expected between Glasgow Central to Kilmarnock and also from Glasgow Central to Newcastle/Carlisle via Dumfries.
Network Rail Scotland engineers are on site and working to repair the fault, said ScotRail.

A broken down train at Alloa station means ScotRail is unable to operate trains to and from Alloa.
Where possible, the rail provider will terminate trains at Stirling and try to run services from there.

Replacement buses have been put into place for those affected.
