Police are said to be investigating an ongoing incident after a wooded area was closed off by officers.
A large police presence was spotted on Lickprivick Road in East Kilbride on Wednesday night, with a number of vehicles and detectives in attendance.
The Scottish Sun are reporting that a pathway leading behind lock-up garages has been closed off to the public, with officers guarding the entrance.

It has been suggested on social media that a body was found in the area.
The area in question, between Wellington and Lickprivick Road, was allegedly shut off from around 8pm.
