POLICE in Drumchapel are continuing to appeal for information to trace a 40 year-old man missing from the Scotstoun area.

Bryan Glencross, from Kingsway Court, was last seen leaving the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, around 3.30am, eleven days ago. He had been taken to the hospital after a fall, but left before receiving treatment.

Bryan is described as white, 5ft 7inches in height, thin build, with brown receding hair, blue eyes and tanned complexion. When last seen he was wearing a blue ‘Berghaus’ coloured zipper jacket, white T-Shirt, grey jogging bottoms and black training shoes.

Chief Inspector Morag Lister, Drumchapel Police Office, said:“It has been eleven days since Bryan was last seen and we are becoming increasingly concerned for him.

“Since our last appeal to the public a number of people have been in touch with potential sightings however, these have unfortunately not been confirmed or brought us any closer to finding him.

“It is really unusual for Bryan not to be in regular contact with his family and friends and given we know he had injured himself prior to going missing it is vital that we can find him as soon as possible.

"We are appealing for anyone who may have been near to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital around 3.30 am on Friday 31 May who may have dash-cam footage. We would urge you to look back as you may have a sighting of him that can help us trace his movements.

"We would also ask people who live in the area to check any outbuildings in case he tried to seek shelter.

“We urge anyone who knows of his whereabouts to get in touch with us. Bryan, we would also appeal directly to you to let your family know you are okay.”

Anyone with any information as to contact Drumchapel Police Office via 101, quoting incident number 2186 of Saturday 1 June 2019.
