Drivers are to be hit with delays on a north Glasgow road this month due to resurfacing works.

Glasgow City Council has advised Craighall Road/Borran Street to North Canal Bank Street will be closed across four days this month.

Resurfacing works will be carried out on the stretch of road from 9am to 5pm each day on Wednesday, June 19, Thursday, June 20, Sunday June 23 and Monday June 24.

They say local access will be maintained at all times, but delays are anticipated in the area, especially at peak times.

Diversions will be put in place northbound between North Canal Bank Street, Pinkston Road and Keppochhill Road.

Southbound roads will also be diverted at Borron Street and North Canal Bank Street.
