A MAN has been slashed within a property in Springburn.
Cops were called to the scene at Hawthorn Street around 5.30pm last night.
The 37-year-old was seriously assaulted within a property. The Evening Times understands he has several slash wounds.
He was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary to be treated for the injuries which have been described by cops as serious.
A force spokeswoman said: "Enquiries are ongoing."

The Evening Times understands that cops are following a positive line of enquiry.
We first reported on the incident yesterday after six cop cars were spotted at the scene.
