TRIBUTES have poured in for a young dad who passed away at the weekend.

Dad-of-one Graham Fraser, 27, passed away on Sunday. It is understood he is from Lanarkshire. 

His heartbroken mum Angela Blackwood said her son made everyone smile.

She posted a tribute on Facebook: "This is heartbreaking, the pain, RIP Graham. Gonna miss you son. Your my world always will be.
"You lived your life the way you wanted and made everyone smile you knew how to party and you did that.

"Just when I think I have learned the way to live, life changes. Forever in my mind and heart."

A Justgiving page has been set up by friend William Boal who is hoping to raise £1,500 in the popular young man's memory.

He said: "Grahams death will leave a massive gap in many lives which will never be filled.

"He was one of life's true gem's. He made friends everywhere he went and was known by everyone.

"Graham really was one in a million.

"This page has been set up with the blessing of Graham's family and I ask that you please donate what you can a little will go along way in such heartbreaking times. 

"Thank you for your support."

Police Scotland confirmed that they were called to a report of concern for a 27-year-old man on Sunday at around 1pm. 

A search was conducted and a 27-year-old man was discovered in a woodland area in Ryde Road, Wishaw. 

Police said a post mortem examination will take place in due course and the death is not be treated as suspicious.
