OUTLANDER star Sam Heughan has raised a glass to Tennents after the Glasgow-based brewers gifted him a beer tap for his home.
The actor shared a picture of his personalised tap on Twitter which has an image of him as Tennents eccentrin counder Hugh Tennent.
And he took a swipe at Line of Duty star Martin Compston, who has already been gifted his own tap.

He tweeted: "T-remendous!!!! Thank you @TennentsLager for the personalised tap!! Luckily it doesn’t have a pic of @martin_compston on it but some other very dapper gentleman....!!? Cheers!"

Two years Heughan became the latest Scot to scoop the legendary Tennent’s Golden Can award.

The actor, from Dumfries and Galloway, started out in River City and Rebus before signing up for the popular time travelling Jacobean drama Outlander, which is currently filming in Glasgow's Queen's Park.
