A woman has been taken to hospital after an ealrlier police incident shut off an area of east Glasgow.
Police locked down Alexandra Parade at around 1.50pm over the concern for the safety of a woman on a bridge.
The road was closed to all traffic between Castle Street and Wishart Street, but has now reopened to the public.

The woman has since been removed from the bridge and was taken to hospital, and is now in the care of NHS Greater Glasgow.
Police have confirmed they have now stepped down from the incident.
A police spokeswoman said: "The woman was removed from the bridge - around 1445 hours - and has been taken to hospital.
"She is now under the care of NHS Greater Glasgow."
