A Celtic fan had social media in stitches after hijacking the tannoy system of a bath showroom - to stick on Hoops songs.

The video, which emerged on social media, shows a lad kitted out in a Hoops jersey laughing along with two pals.

One woman - believed to be the footie fan’s mum - filmed the clip through tears of laughter before admitting she was “mortified”.

She laughed: “Wullie has just hacked the Bluetooth in the bathroom shop and he’s got the rebels on. I’m mortified.”

Let The People Sing blasts through the loud speakers throughout the shop - a tune regularly heard at Parkhead.

The footage was posted online by one punter who added “gawn yersel mate”.

It racked up more than 2,800 likes and over 560 shares.

It has also been viewed more than 64,000 times.

Plenty of fellow Celtic fans loved the supporter’s ideas and heaped praise on him for his song choice.

One joked: “I normally change the display phone and tablet screen savers to Celtic ones but this wins it.”

Another added: “Love it! Glasgow green and white.”

One wrote: “Brilliant mate.”

A fourth said: “Now that is funny.”
