An ambulance and a private hire car have collided on a busy Glasgow street.
The crash with the emergency vehicle occurred just after 7pm on Sunday in front of horrified Glaswegians on George Street.
Dramatic images show the front of the ambulance, which had its emergency lights on at the time, with a completely damaged front.

The grey private hire car has a large dent in its left-hand side, covering both passenger doors.
It is not yet known if there were any injuries.
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
