FILM lovers in Glasgow and Paisley will soon be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the ultimate cinema experience when Showcase finishes multi-million-pound upgrades its Glasgow East and Paisley cinemas.
Both cinemas will be transformed into Showcase Cinema de Lux sites, with the installation of fully customisable recliner seats as standard in every screen and a new lounge bar located in the Paisley cinema’s lobby.
The luxury upgrades will come at no extra cost to customers, with ticket prices staying the same despite the amazing new features.

Works are scheduled to be completed at the East Glasgow cinema in early October, in time for new film releases including: Terminator: Dark Fate, The Addams Family, Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil and Frozen 2, with the Paisley works due to be completed by the end of the year.
Cinema-goers at Showcase Glasgow East and Showcase Paisley will soon be able to enjoy Lounge Bars at both sites that will serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as hot drinks from a Costa Coffee concession.

Cineworld on Glasgow Renfield street was one of the first cinemas in the UK to install the VIP Cineworld experience.
