A man has been charged after a major fire destroyed three homes in Lanark.
Emergency services were called to the block of flats in Braidfute, just off Smyllum Road, at around 2pm on July 11.
Pictures from the scene showed smoke and flames billowing out of three properties that were left gutted.
A 32-year-old man has now been charged, two months after the blaze.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

On Facebook, Lanarkshire Police Division wrote: "At around 1.45pm on July 11, a fire was started wilfully within the block of flats containing 11 Braidfute, Lanark, causing extensive damage to the block, and causing a risk to the lives of persons who were within.
"A 32 year old male has been charged in relation to the incident.
"It is believed that the incident may have been witnessed by locals in particular a group of youths on bikes."
Anyone with information is urged to contact police via 101 quoting incident number 1973 of July 11.
