PLANS have been unveiled to turn a former city centre pub into a gym.
Ludo's Primal Wellness has asked the local authority for planning permission this week to change the use of the unit on West Regent Street from class 3 public house to class 11. They also asked for permission to make internal alterations to a listed building.
The plans state there will be an internal fit-out of ground and basement floors to form a gym. Drummonds Cafe Bar was previously at the location.
