The SeeWoo Group have been pioneering Oriental food for over 40 years, but now the popular Glasgow restaurant, SeeWoo, has been forced to close.

The Chinese restaurant is renowned for its wide range of oriental cuisine and since opening in 2006 it has hosted functions, celebrations and even weddings.

However, even with the restaurant closure, it is understood that the SeeWoo supermarket will stay open for business as usual.

The self-proclaimed ‘largest restaurant in Scotland’ is situated at The Point venue which is on Saracen Street in Possilpark.

It is reported that the group hope to re-open it’s doors in the “near future”.
