A man is seriously injured in hospital after falling from a roof in Dundee.
The man was witnessed plummeting from the building at the northern end of West Marketgait, directly across from Tayside Police HQ.
The incident took place at around 3.05am this morning. He is currently receiving treatment at Ninewells Hospital.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A large amount of enquiry has already taken place, and his identity has since been confirmed.
The injured man is described as in his mid 20's, 5ft8inches and slim build, with long scruffy brown hair and a beard.
"He was wearing a blue check shirt and jeans.
"If anyone had contact with him prior to his going onto the roof, we would like to hear from you.
"We would particularly like to speak with two women who were seen speaking with him around 2:15am at the archway leading from West Marketgait into Brown Street."
Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0363 of October 17.
