If you hadn't already noticed, it's November.

Halloween is over and Christmas is officially on the way...but there's the small issue of Bonfire Night to get over with first.

As always, dozens of organised events will be taking place across the city - but none bigger than the official Glasgow Green fireworks display.

We want to make sure your evening runs smothely if you're planning to head along, so here is everything you need to know ahead of November 5.

What time does it start?

5pm: Gates open

7.30pm - 7.50pm: The official Glasgow Green fireworks display

9pm: Last entry to funfair

9.30pm: Funfair closes

What is the weather forecast?

The Met Office is currently predicting 'partly cloudy' for much of the night.

But it's good news, at the moment they believe there's a less than 5% chance of rain.

However this is Glasgow, and it is November - so be sure to wrap up warm with temperatures dipping close to freezing.

How much is the event?

Great news - the fireworks display is completely free!

Are there any road closures?
