Hundreds of people gathered in George Square on Sunday morning to commemorate those who lost their lives in conflict.
At 11am, the UK held a two-minute silence to mark Remembrance Sunday.
John Swinney attended the service in Glasgow city centre, which saw hundreds gather in the square in silence.
