TWO further arrests have been made in connection with the alleged shooting of a man who was sitting in his car at traffic lights.

Kenny Reilly was in the passenger seat of a silver BMW in the north of Glasgow on April 16 last year when the incident took place.

The 29-year-old was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary but died two days later after being taken off life support.

At the weekend, two men - aged 28 and 53 - were arrested and charged in connection with the death.

On Monday, a third man, also aged 28, was arrested and charged.

The three men are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on December 3.

A fourth man has also been arrested overseas on a European arrest warrant in connection with Mr Reilly's death.

The 39-year-old was also arrested in connection with the death of Jamie Campbell in Glasgow more than 13 years ago.

Mr Campbell, aged 47, died after an incident at Essenside Avenue, Drumchapel, on March 4 2006.

Reports will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
