THE Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for Glasgow and large parts of Scotland today and tomorrow.
The yellow warning is in place from 6 am today to 12 pm tomorrow when most people are likely to be travelling to and from work.
Persistent heavy rain followed by showers is likely to produce localised flooding and travel disruption.
The Met Office warned that bus and train service will probably be affected with journey times taking longer.
Spray and flooding on the roads will also make journey times longer.
There may be some minor interruptions to the power supply and other services.
Police warned to always drive to the conditions.
