A FESTIVE event at Kelvingrove Art Galleries and Museum will open its doors in the city's West End tonight.
Elfingrove is expected to attract over 170,000 people until January 2.
It is is the brainchild of company itison, who is also behind The Botanic Gardens event GlasGLOW.
We previously reported that they have invested £1 million in the event.
Those attending will spend anything up to 90 minutes taking a tour of the museum which has been turned into a Christmas spectacular.
The organisers say it will mean one of Glasgow’s best-loved buildings will be brought to life with state-of-the-art projection, sound, lighting and a large dose of elf dust to create the most magical Christmas journey ever to be experienced.
The Santa's best kept secret show is another part of the attraction as well as a winter wonderland offering street food and drinks.
