A MAN threatened staff with a knife during a robbery in a Glasgow McDonald's restaurant.
The thug made off with a two-figure sum of cash following the raid in Springburn Road at 4 am today,
He made his escape on a bicycle.
Detective Sergeant Laura Roberts, of Glasgow CID, said: "An investigation is going following a robbery at McDonald's on Springburn Road in Glasgow which was reported around 4 am on Friday, December 6.
"A man entered the restaurant and presented a knife at staff before making off by bicycle with a two-figure sum of cash.
"Nobody was injured.
"Our inquiries are ongoing and anyone who may have information or perhaps could have dashcam footage from around the time is urged to come forward.
"You can contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 358 of 6 December, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
