A MAN is due in court today after a suspicious device was found in a block of flats that were being used as a polling station.
Police confirmed that the 48-year-old was arrested and charged following the incident at Glen Tower flats in Range Road, Motherwell.

Residents were evacuated and a controlled explosion was carried out.
The device was later deemed 'non-viable'.
The man will appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court.
