A BREAK in at a South Side bar took place two days before Christmas, with Police Scotland confirming that thieves had stolen money and alcohol from the premises.
GULP on Kilmarnock Road was raided by theives on December 23rd at some point between 1:30am and 4:30pm.
In a statement, Police Scotland said: “Both a safe and cash register were stolen, in addition to several boxes of wine.
“While enquiries are ongoing, we are also running an action plan in the area, which includes extra high-visibility patrols."
The popular bar is new to the area, having opened to the public on November 5.
