A POPULAR Glasgow chippie is offering a vegan-friendly sausage supper this month.
The Blue Lagoon's Argyle Street branch said their meat-free version of supper has completely plant-based sausage and is coated in a vegan-friendly batter.
The sausage and chips are also fried in vegan-friendly oil.
The launch of the supper comes during Veganuary which encourages people to try vegan for the month of January.
The move has delighted city vegans who took to Facebook to comment on the supper.
Ross Collins said: "Finally something to eat that isn't half pizza."
