POLICE have locked down a golf course as part of an ongoing investigation.
The Glasgow Times understands that officers arrived at Knightswood Golf Course at lunchtime today.
A tent was erected as officers carry out a probe.
An eyewitness told The Glasgow Times: "They have erected a while tent and have been digging since lunchtime.
"They have got mobile lights beside the tent to light the ground up.
"They are still digging and guarding the area."

A force spokeswoman said that they are at the scene as part of an ongoing enquiry and there is no danger to the public.
She added that it was an intelligence-led operation and provided no further details.
