STEVEN DAVIS is confident Rangers can pick up where they left off and capitalise on their strong position in the Premiership title race.
The Gers moved to within two points of Celtic at the top of the table with victory at Parkhead last month.
Steven Gerrard’s side have a game in hand on their Old Firm rivals heading into the second half of the campaign.
Davis was part of the last title-winning squad at Ibrox in 2011 and the Northern Irishman said: “We’re in a really strong position.
“here’s great quality in the group, we have good options throughout the pitch and competition for places.
“We need to show we have the mentality as well to go and do it. There’s fine lines between success and not getting what you want, so we just have to make sure we remain focused in every game and go into every game with the desire we have shown so far. Until you actually win something, you can talk about it all you want. It’s important as a group of players that we get that success together.
“It’s important we get off to a good start straightaway, try and put another run together.
“There’s going to be tit and tat between now and the end of the season. Every point is going to be massive.”
