A MAN was expected to appear in court following an alleged police chase from Glasgow city centre to the East End that resulted in a road crash.
The 29-year-old was charged with the incident on Dalmarnock Road which happened on Friday afternoon.
It comes after we reported three vehicles were involved in the crash and a number of people were checked over for minor injuries. Two people went to the hospital of their own accord.
We also reported that an off duty police officer and member of the force's staff were in a hire car involved in the crash. The road is close to Police Scotland's headquarters in Dalmarnock's French Street.

The Evening Times understands that two teenagers were arrested and released without charge.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a road traffic collision on Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow.
"The incident happened on Friday, 10 January, 2020. He was due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday (Monday 13 January)."
