KIND-HEARTED crafters in Glasgow are knitting and crocheting to help Australia’s animals, following the country’s devastating bush fires.
Members of Impact Arts’ Craft Cafe in Govan, which runs free arts and crafts classes for the over-60s, responded to a plea from the Animal Rescue Craft Guild.
They have knitted and sewn pouches and nests to help a range of species being treated in Australia’s animal hospitals.
Around a billion animals have been killed in the Australian wildfires, which have been burning across the country for months.
