A UK-wide study showed that less than one in 20 Scots would pass the test if they would retake it today.
Glasgow had one of the lowest pass rates in the UK, with only one in 36 drivers passing.

In the survey, carried out by commercial vehicle dealers Van Monster, 2000 people were asked 15 theory test questions how they would do in comparison to the national base pass mark of 86%.
Those who answered 13 or more correctly were judged as having passed.
The survey was carried out after a Department for Transport report revealed only 47% of provisional drivers passed the theory test over the last 12 months.
The figure has fallen by 15% in the past decade.
