A SECOND suspect is to stand trial charged with shooting a man to death.
Thomas Guthrie is accused of being involved in the murder of Gary More at the 32-year-old's home in Airdrie, Lanarkshire in September 2018.
The 24-year-old was in the dock for a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow with Neil Anderson, 44, who has already faced the same allegation.
Prosecutors claim the pair were acting with unknown others at the time.

It is alleged Mr More was induced from his home before a firearm was 'repeatedly discharged'.
The indictment states he was shot in the head and body.
Guthrie's QC Thomas Ross today pled not guilty on his behalf.
Anderson is separately accused of being concerned in the supply of un-named drugs as well as behaving in a threatening and abusive manner towards Mr More.
David Anderson, 35 - who does not face the murder allegation - is also accused of those two charges.
They had previously pled not guilty at a hearing late last year.
The trial is due to begin in April.
