Police were called to Dalziel Street, Hamilton
A man has been charged following the "suspicious" death of a pensioner at a home in Lanarkshire.
We told yesterday how police discovered the woman, 75, at a property on Dalziel Street in Hamilton at around 4.30pm on Sunday.
A 35-year-old man had been arrested and has since been charged.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "The man is expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday, February 11.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
