Three schoolboys have been charged following a devastating fire at a primary school in the North of Glasgow.
We told previously how pupils at Wallacewell Primary School were left devastated after it was discovered their outdoor classroom had been burnt down last month.
Fire crews were rushed to the scene at the Robroyston school on January 18 but the outdoor facility could not be saved.
It has been in use since September and was well-loved by the pupils at the school.
Police have since confirmed that three teenagers, all aged 14, have been charged over their alleged involvement in the fire.
At the time, Councillor Christina Cannon expressed her disappointment over the incident.
She said:" “The head teacher told me early in 2019 she intended to invest in the outdoor classroom as the kids would really enjoy outdoor learning.
“I know she and the pupils at Wallacewell were really looking forward to this being built over summer.
Hopefully the outdoor classroom will be able to rebuilt, for the sake of the pupils."
