A leading homebuilder has partnered with a local charity to support homeless people in the city.
CALA Homes staff will volunteer their time and money for Glasgow charity Social Bite as part of the scheme.
The building company will also launch a "roof donation" scheme, linking a cash donation directly to the charity every time a home is completed at their Prince's Quay development.

Josh Littlejohn, a co-founder of Social Bite, said: “It’s fantastic to have CALA Homes on board. The donation will go towards helping us on our mission to end homelessness in Scotland.
"The ‘roof donation’ is a fantastic way for a company like CALA to support our work, in particular our projects focused on housing. We are looking forward to working with the CALA team.”
Social Bite started in 2012 in Glasgow and has now grown to five cafes and restaurants throughout Scotland.
It supports homeless people through the money it raises through its sandwich shops and cafes and by employing them in its outlets.
