This video shows the terrifying moment volunteers from the RNLI headed out into the heart of a storm.
Brave men and women based at Weymouth's lifeboat station were sent out into the wind and rain during Storm Ciara.
They posted this video on their Facebook page with the caption: "Ever wondered what it’s like in a lifeboat when a storm comes through..."
Luckily, the crew members hadn't been called to an emergency incident, but were instead competing bad-weather training exercises.
Hundreds of people have posted underneath the video.
One said: "Thank you for keeping us safe", while Malcolm Wyatt wrote: "The people who man our lifeboats are extremely courageous and selfless people who we all owe a great debt of thanks.
"Remember this is all run by donations, so please give generously the next time you see an RNLI collection."
