The closure will now be extended until Saturday 22 February.
A busy city centre road will remain closed as essential gas works continue.
St Vincent Place, between West Nile Street and George Square initially closed to motorists on February 7, but due to extreme weather conditions the closure was extended.
In order to undertake the essential gasworks, the closure will now be extended until Saturday 22 February.
Traffic will be marshalled in this section during the closure.
