A Glasgow MSP has hit back at a vile troll after being "sexually harassed" online.
Tory politician Annie Wells publicly shamed the cruel figure after the "unacceptable" abuse that was commented on her Facebook page.
It came after Ms Wells posted a celebratory status after being made deputy leader of her party.
She wrote on Facebook: "I'm honoured and humbled that Jackson Carlaw has made me Deputy Leader of the Scottish Conservative & Unionist Party.
"The hard work starts now. Sleeves up, let's get stuck in."
Responding, the troll wrote: "What did you need to do to him for that Annie? Give him your f***y?"

The politician, backed by Rape Crisis Scotland, has urged platforms like Facebook to crack down firmly on trolls.
Screenshotting the post, she wrote: "This is what I put up with on a daily basis.
"It’s totally unacceptable and social media platforms need to do so much more.
"This is a form of sexual harassment and I’m not prepared to take this any more."
Her post sparked a strong response from politicians across the board.
Among those supporting her were Labour's Monica Lennon and Anas Sarwar.

Ms Lennon wrote: "Solidarity with Annie Wells and all women in politics and public life who are all too familiar with sexist abuse and creepy behaviour.
"*Oh and sympathy with this guy for his really bad patter".
And Mr Sawar replied: "That’s disgusting and not acceptable Annie.
"Hope you are doing ok."
Rape Crisis Scotland also commented on the post.
They wrote: "This kind of comment is completely unacceptable and yet this is an all too common an experience for women in elected office or the public eye; online platforms must take this seriously."
