Filmed by resident Jordan Cook, the video shows cars struggling to get through the street as they make their way through the water.
Later, a council van was snapped getting caught in the puddle, as well as an ambulance which was later pulled to safety by the fire brigade.

The ambulance had to be pushed by 3 firemen out of the water before it could be towed away.
The incident came a short distance from the nearby Royal Alexandra Hospital.
Jordan, who watched the drama unfold as the emergency vehicle came to a standstill, said: "It did have the siren on until they knew they were stuck.
"The power just cut out"
The flooding comes after the west of Scotland being battered by the elements, with Storm Ciara and Storm Dennis both arriving in the past few weeks.
Train services between Glasgow and Ayrshire have affected, with many trains along the line cancelled as a result of the downpour.
Scotrail confirmed that the number of trains between Glasgow and Paisley has been reduced due to a signalling issue at Corkerhill.
And commuters are bracing themselves yet again as STV's Sean Batty confirmed that a new unnamed storm is looking "increasingly likely" to hit Glasgow and the west on Monday.
